Terms of Service
STATE LLC desires to receive donations from individuals to support the feature film, STATE. In return for the donation, STATE LLC agrees to facilitate via email the information necessary to receive the discounts from our affiliated businesses. It is the responsibility of the individual donating to provide a valid email address when paying through the Paypal system. An individual has to donate a minimum amount equal to or greater than each level as advertised on STATE web page to receive the discounts at that level. No refunds can be processed for any donation amount. Each donation provided to STATE LLC initiates an agreement between the individual and STATE LLC and any discount codes obtained through this process should not be transferred, copied or shared with other individuals in any format. STATE LLC has no invested interest in any of the affiliated businesses but makes every attempt to ensure that it is associated with reputable businesses that offer quality products and services. However, STATE makes no guarantee that the affiliated businesses will honor the terms of the discounts described; any complaints of affiliated businesses should be sent to team@statethemovie.net.
STATE LLC is not liable for any products or services obtained or used from any of the affiliated businesses. Any issues you may have concerning the products or services such as shipping/handling or product defect should be directed to each respective business and not STATE LLC. STATE LLC reserves the right to modify the discounts provided on its web site but will honor the discounts as described when the individual made the donation.
Any donation made to STATE LLC is not tax deductible.
